Heather is gentle and kind. She thoroughly addresses all my concerns and makes me feel like my care is important. I was cash pay and worried about costs; therefore, I wanted limited service. She assured me that my health mattered and gave me connections for insurance. I have tried many times to get affordable insurance for my children to no avail since my husband is self-employed. The connection she gave was able to provide outstanding insurance (BCBS) to my entire family at a low monthly premium cost, low-deductible, and little to no co-pay.
