As a member of the inpatient IV Team, Heather-Dawn was called to place an IV on a patient on 10N. The child had just been sent to the floor from the ICU but was not doing well and had a CSF leak. After Heather-Dawn placed the IV, she stayed and placed new linen on the patient's bed. She clearly went above and beyond her role as an IV Team nurse. Her colleagues on 10N greatly appreciated her teamwork.
