Heather was our post-partum nurse for 2 shifts over September 22-24, 2013. My husband and I were blown away by her. As new parents, we felt Heather made us feel confident and capable through her attention to detail, effortless bedside manner, and willingness to go the extra mile with each request. She took as much time with us as we requested and answered our litany of (likely dumb!) questions. Heather was so personable and made me feel like a friend rather that another patient to deal with on a long 12 hours shift, something that meant the world to me in those crazy and overwhelming first few day of parenthood.

Heather made sure to follow through on all questions and showed genuine care of us as people as well as for the health and safety of our baby girl. Heather is patient, kind, compassionate and was a true pleasure to meet. Heather is an exemplary nurse and should be rewarded for her diligence, warmth and commitment to her patients.
