Because words can't say it all, Heather is so, so kind. I would put my life, heart, body, and soul in her hands because she is so, so polite and caring and kind. Heather will always take time for you. She was very helpful and made me feel much better. She has a beautiful, beautiful smile, speaks kind words and she is a great listener. She was very concerned about my health and well-being. She checked on me and made sure I got what I asked for or whatever I needed. Heather is someone special. I know God made her for this hospital. Her job means a lot to her. She takes it to heart and her patients too. I would come back to this hospital, as long as Heather and nurses like her are working here. I can't explain but I know when God made Heather, he made her for this job to help patients, to heal their spirits and put a smile and glow on their faces and make us feel better and I want to thank Heather. Keep up the kind, good work.
