When our nightshift was short-staffed, Heather was so kind to alternate each week and work with us. Heather has gone above and beyond while working with us. She was even willing to take a full load of patients until we received a float nurse. She stays hands on the entire time she is here, as an RN and as a PCA. She jumps in and helps however she can from taking patients to the bathroom, to starting IVs. She does not leave until making sure that everyone is in a good place with their workload. Her commitment to us has exceeded every expectation we could have. We want to make sure she knows how extremely grateful we are. Thank you Heather for all that you do!
