Heather Dykes, RN

Heather was one of the best nurses my mom had in her stay in the ICU! She was very attentive to my mother's needs and made sure to speak with her and ask her how she was feeling often. She went the extra mile to make my mom thickened cranberry juice when she realized that was the only thing my mom would drink, and she even took the initiative to find solutions to break through pain my mom was having between pain medication doses. I think Heather has a great heart and work ethic and is well on her way to a wonderful career in nursing! Thank you, Heather!!
