Heather Endrizzi displayed all of the characteristics of the ideal nurse. She was compassionate and understanding throughout my recovery period after an extensive cardiac surgery. I was impressed by her professionalism and also warm, caring demeanor. She was very helpful in my recovery and also understanding with my various concerns.
