My father had open heart surgery and we were informed right after the operation that some complications had arose and we wouldn't know the extent of damage, if any, until after recovery. Heather helped in my father's recovery. She was honest, and informative that whole day. She stayed late to help get my dad off the ventilator and was his nurse the next few days. She worked incredibly hard with amazing compassion. I always knew my dad was being well taken care of and safe while she was there. Thank you, Heather!
