My father had open heart surgery and we were informed right after the operation that some complications had arose and we wouldn't know the extent of damage, if any, until after recovery. Heather helped in my father's recovery. She was honest, and informative that whole day. She stayed late to help get my dad off the ventilator and was his nurse the next few days.
