Heather has been especially incredible since the day we met. She has taken what could have been a profoundly scary, stressful, and overwhelming experience and has created an environment that feels warm, encouraging, and doable. She has sat with me through frustration and anxiety, always meeting me with reassurance and support. In my moments of self-doubt, Heather pulled stories from her own life to remind me I was not alone. We will truly never be able to express the comfort and compassion we have felt from Heather.
