Heather Harbison, RN

Heather showed utmost patience with a patient who was very cognitively challenged and had a bad attitude. She persevered for the longest time to get him treated while putting up with more than anyone else could! I was sitting with my spouse outside the room and heard the whole process. All this while she was juggling other patients too! Wow. She is extraordinary! Other nurses helped occasionally but Heather bared the brunt of it all! Whew!
