Heather stood out to me from the beginning of my pregnancy journey. She was kind and compassionate and always believed in me. When I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes, she encouraged me and told me that I could keep it diet-controlled, and she supported me in successfully doing that. At the end of my pregnancy, Heather was patient and supportive with my decision to want to give my body and baby more time. She advocated for me and made me feel seen and heard at all times. I can see that she understands physiological birth very well, and unfortunately, that is becoming a dying art in the birth world. I had an amazing birth and a perfectly healthy baby, and I owe a lot of that to her. Thank you for all that you do, Heather! The world needs more people in it like you.
