heather hurst, RN, BSN, CEN

Heather is a RN in the ER, she is also a CRN. Heather is very helpful to all, she runs her shift with efficiency and compassion. On a very busy day in the ER when the waiting room was full, a full arrest came in. Heather spent time with the patient's family explaining to them what had happened and even walking them to the car and offering a gesture such as a hug with a family that was having a difficult time. I have seen her at a bedside holding hands with her patient, explaining in detail what is going on with their care.
