Heather did a great job making the patient and his visitors feel so much more comfortable. She helped answer all of our questions and was incredibly attentive to his needs.
When his biopsy was pushed back, there were a lot of nerves and worries among his family and friends. Heather talked us through everything and helped calm our nerves. As a nurse myself, I felt so much better leaving him in Heather's fantastic care.
