I had the pleasure of meeting Heather at the ER when she assisted my 93-year-old mother-in-law. Right away, I noticed her main objective was putting my mother-in-law at ease. Her bedside manner was exemplary. Heather has set a high bar in the ER. THANK YOU FOR HAVING HEATHER ON YOUR STAFF!

Heather took care of my Grandma in the ER, and I have never seen the kind of compassion in anyone that I saw that morning. She was so very kind and so very knowledgeable. She is the true meaning of “nurse.” Her bedside manner eased all of us during a very tense situation. There need to be so many more nurses like this. We appreciate her so very much!! Way to be a wonderful person, Heather! You definitely chose the right profession.
