Heather Kaneko, RN

Heather was great. She walked me through all the discharge paperwork and explained everything in each area of self-care that I would need to follow once I was home. Heather went above and beyond when I mentioned I would have to wait an additional two weeks for my short-term disability paperwork with my new primary care physician. She said to give her a minute, and she would be back. When she returned, she asked the doctor if he would fill out the paperwork so I could get my payments set up and not have to wait, which is not something I can afford. She did it all, even faxed it for me. She is great and deserves to be recognized.
