My daughter had her baby at Franklin Woods. Her pregnancy was high risk and very concerning to us. Heather was her nurse and she was extremely impressive. She was not only very professional but knowledgeable, personal and competent. She kept us informed throughout the entire process. She was proficient and skilled. There are not enough words to express her kindness, skill, and pleasant personality. She took charge and even though this was a highly stressful situation, she stayed professional, poised, and made each one of us feel like we were very important to her. She went above and beyond her call. She is amazing and awesome. Thank you, Heather.
