To start, I would like to state how professional Heather dresses, speaks, and acts at all times in my presence. She passes meds on time. I heard her explain, in detail, to the next shift about the patients and situations. When the front desk calls her for patients, she does not waste time. Heather is never harsh or snappy, even when the patient is. Heather has control. She calms me and asks if I was alright. Heather was not just my medical nurse but also my "I am here for you."
