My boyfriend spent the night last night after having his appendix removed. Since we are both brand new to Washington, DC having just moved from Florida we did not have good support. Heather went above and beyond her duties to make [him] feel safe and comfortable. She also made me feel accepted and loved; she gave me a hug to help me while I was crying.
