Heather was so nurturing and caring. She is an excellent nurse and follows through with requests immediately. Heather went out of her way to make sure I not only had what I needed, but also that I was comfortable, and my family was well cared for. In the long week of recovery from an ileus, Heather was on top of things before we even asked for them. My partner and I nicknamed her nurse Ninja. She would quietly come in the room to give medicine in the middle of the night. She answered all questions we had and kept a calm demeanor that calmed us even during moments of panic.
