Heather went above and beyond taking excellent care of me. I was so sick I was in tears, but she showed me great kindness. I will always hold the moment dear that she cared for me and held my hand and helped me through one of the scariest moments of my life. Just seeing her smile on me, letting me know that everything will be okay made me know that I was in good hands.

The ED nurses work so hard and are so amazing at their jobs. They were so busy the night I was there, but you never once saw her nerves rattled and she never once made me feel I was less important than another patient. Once I was stable, she kept checking on me to make sure I was okay and had everything I needed, even making sure my family stayed updated. The ED nurses are all really good and caring and devoted to the care of their patients. Thank you to each and everyone who took care of me and helped me feel better. You are lucky to have such wonderful staff that show caring and respect to their patients. I can’t imagine what they have to go through on a regular basis and to give so much of themselves to a total stranger is unbelievable. Thank you so much.
