Heather L Knisley, RN

Heather was an incredible nurse to my mother. Even more so, they put our families' minds at ease because of their love and care for our mom. As most know, it's never easy to have a family member in the hospital, but having a nurse with such love and grace helps make it easy. Heather was consistently checking in with our mom. There was hardly ever a moment we needed to seek out a nurse because they were on top of it. This nurse embodies what you believe a nurse to be, even when the unit can be filled with chaotic moments. All of this being said, Heather cared for our family as well. Just by simply being the extraordinary person and nurse she is. Even the times Heather was not our mom's nurse, she took 5-10 minutes of their time to come by and check-in. The love and support from Heather put such a large grin on our mother's face and warmed our hearts. Thank you, Heather, for being the amazing and wonderful human and nurse that you are.
