Heather & I were bathing and cleaning up a very sick patient who was in a lot of pain and has no family. She had music playing for him and singing to him and encouraging him to sing too! He did get a few words out and would smile. The way the patient followed her with his eyes was beautiful and you could tell he was genuinely thankful in his soul and heart apart from just saying "thank you". She puts effort like this into her care for every patient every day and is so willing to help all the time. She is a beautiful soul and a renowned nurse that cannot be put into words.
