Heather took great care of me and made my stay as comfortable as possible. She was able to draw my blood from the first try and made it as painless as possible.
She went above and beyond by walking my wife to the cafeteria so she could get something to eat. She waited for her to get her food, and then walked my wife back to my room in RTU while I was having a stress test. I noticed that her concern was genuine while being respectful and professional. Heather always made sure my needs were met and taken care of.
She did little things that impressed me and my wife, like walking with her to the cafeteria and answering all of our questions. Not only did she take great care of me, she took great care of my wife. We appreciate everything she did for us. She was very compassionate and made my stay as comfortable as possible.
