Just wanted to write and tell y'all how great Heather is. She had 5 patients today and delivered exceptional care with no help from the ER side. Several of her patients were extremely needy and she went over the cap without complaints. Really a great nurse and an overall team player. She's an excellent nurse that delivers amazing care. I can give plenty of examples of her intelligence, empathy, resourcefulness, and dedication to the job.
