Heather was nominated by two patients in the Labor and Delivery Department. One patient expressed, "Heather went above and beyond during my 13 hours of labor. She not only assisted me but also helped everyone in the room. Her kindness and attentiveness were truly appreciated." The second patient praised Heather for her kindness, sense of humor and ability to cater to their needs while maintaining a positive attitude throughout the night. It is evident that Heather's caring nature and thoroughness contribute to positive birth experiences for her patients.
