Heather is an amazing ICU Nurse and charge Nurse. As a Flight Nurse, I always feel a sigh of relief when I am bringing a critical patient to the ICU and see her in the room. Heather has the knowledge, experience, compassion, and skills to provide our patients with the best care possible regardless of their situation. She listens and stays calm. Recently I had a family member admitted to the hospital, and during the night he had a significant change in his condition. Heather quickly went into action. Before I knew it, she had a team in action caring for him and a Physician at the bedside. He was getting everything he needed. She is truly an amazing patient advocate, and she makes a difference.
