Our mother was in the CCU when she first arrived and following her heart stent. My mother was confused and fighting the staff after surgery. Heather was an asset in saving my mother’s life and keeping her from disrupting her stent and her breathing tube. Heather explained everything to us, stayed positive and although we had a challenging few days, Heather encouraged us and put a smile on the face of my mom. She gave us all great peace of mind, answered all our questions, and assured us that all this would all get better, and it did. We cannot thank Heather enough for her service to our entire family.

Heather was seriously amazing with my Grandmother. She was super nice and made sure Grandma was comfortable during her stay. When the vent was removed, she explained what was going on in a way I could understand. I was nervous, but Heather made me feel calm, and I was so grateful I got to see my Grandma again.
