I had my first baby at Jane Phillips and I was scared. Heather helped will all of my nerves. She made sure I understood everything. After I had my baby, it was after Heather's shift but the next morning, she helped me with feeding my baby. I had a c-section but she made sure I was out of pain. Any questions I had, she made sure I understood and made sure we knew how to do things at home. Heather told me that I was a good mom and if I was experiencing post-partum depression to get help and not try to tough it out. She was the best nurse!
