Heather McLain, RN is a prime example to which the standard of quality patient care should be set. She always greets patients with a smile and has the best interest of the patient in mind. Heather will go out of her way to make sure the patient is taken care of. Her patients love and trust her because she takes the time to be there and get to know her patients. She will sit and talk to her chemo patients and help them through difficult times. She takes care of all their treatment needs from faxing labs, setting up appointments and giving them a reminder call.
