Heather stopped in the parking lot on her way into work to help an elderly lady who was clearly looking lost and confused. She told Heather she was looking for her car, but after Heather began to ask her questions, she realized the woman was suffering from memory loss. Heather steered the woman into the ACU lobby and got assistance. Once they located the husband's room, Heather walked with her to ensure she got to his room. Before leaving the unit, Heather spoke with the primary nurse and informed her of the situation.
