I had Total Knee Replacement Surgery on June 16th and after surgery was admitted to 4 Lime Right until June 23rd. Heather was one of my nurses and displayed an exceptional professionalism during my recovery. I was a nervous wreck when I went in the hospital and got even worse when unrelated post-op issues surfaced, Heather saw these signs and thanks to her professional savvy, for me averted a disaster. She helped me deal with the physical painful post-op and additional issues and was instrumental in helping me with my mental, emotional state of mind. She got the ball rolling with RGAL and kept my wife and me well informed of every procedure. Heather is extremely professional and personable and I always felt better when she walked in the room. In my opinion, ALL of 4 Lime Right caregivers were the best and Heather was the best of the best.
