As soon as she walked into my room yesterday morning, I felt at ease. She let me express my exact emotions I felt that day, and just being able to let those emotions out to her lifted the biggest weight off of me. Being a first-time Mom, there have been many unknowns with many questions, especially delivering preterm and having a longer stay, and she showed extra compassion to us. I have never been more thankful to have had that care during this postpartum phase. She is always looking for my wellness, and I feel supported by her.
