Heather Nichols 2, RN

My father and I were blessed to have Heather as his nurse on two separate occasions. Both times, she was incredibly caring, thorough, and an excellent communicator with myself (daughter) and father (patient). Friday, Heather was an overnight nurse in the St. Francis ER. Having just arrived from out of town, I was extremely worried about my father. She took down my cell number and called me twice during the night for updates. She not only took care of his needs but put both at ease with her competence. Previously, she nursed my father back to health in 2020 following surgery. Again, she was a bright spot of excellence and compassion during a very scary and trying recovery. We are so grateful!
