Heather is so caring and attentive to my mom during a very difficult time. She made us feel more comfortable during this time when it was very stressful. Great caring empathic nurse, and so happy she was here for my mother as well as for us as her family.
Heather was my mom's nurse, she quickly assessed the condition, made recommendations, and strongly advocated for my mom's needs. That night my mom was able to rest and so was after a week of progressively declining. My mom was alert and speaking after several days. It was Heather's excellent nursing skills, advocacy, and compassion that gave me my mom back!
