My husband was on the Neuro/Rehab Unit for several weeks and Heather worked on weekends. She never walked…she ran and was always there when needed. He came to the 5th floor with a sore on his inner thigh but there was really nothing done about it. Heather noticed it and put it in her written records for the doctor to see. She was meticulous in doctoring this and it was taken care of by all of the doctors and nurses that he came in contact with.
She was careful to take care of every cut and scrape and in my husband's case this was considerable. She had patience with him and could usually get a smile out of him. She was and is a truly nice person and a great nurse. I felt he was well taken care of when she was on duty.
