Heather has been an amazing nurse in so many ways in the care of our daughter E. She has helped us daily with understanding her care and condition and was there for us to just vent and cry. The most amazing thing she did was that she came in on her day off to wash all the blood, dirt and glass out of E's long beautiful hair. She knew how much it bothered me that her hair was so messy and dirty, and I didn't want to cut it all off. She braided it and made it perfect again. That made my day and I know E would have appreciated it as well.
