Heather is more than special. She is actually a life-saver. Heather was with our sister, B, when a blood clot hit her brain. Heather saw instantly what had happened. She took immediate action which made a critical difference. A CT scan was ordered and surgery was done within a few hours. With a stroke, time is crucial. Immediate action was critical on that day, and thus B's recovery has been surprisingly good. Had Heather not been there, the result could have been very bad. We want her to know that B's family appreciates her quick action and excellent care. We owe her a great debt.
