Heather brought comfort, compassion, kindness, love, outstanding nursing skills/knowledge to my mother. Heather felt and gave my mom, my sister, and me love, which made us all endure this scary time. Heather was thorough and never forgot to do something or check something. She took her time and never felt frazzled, rushed, or just going through the motions of a job.
