Heather talked with me, laughed with me, cried with me, and prayed for me.
I came to the ED for an ankle injury. I had a lot of pain and was very emotional. Heather talked with me, laughed with me, cried with me, and prayed for me. She is a wonderful woman, a wonderful nurse, and a very kind-hearted person. It helped me greatly to calm down, eased my pain, and helped me and that is exactly what a nurse should be.
