Heather makes it her purpose to observe and communicate with her patients to understand what is needed as a new patient/admit to the floor. She was able to tell that I was scared about my diagnosis and that she was there to help me feel comfortable and welcomed in a positive manner. Heather found a way to make me smile during a difficult time. Her compassion and ability to give fully of her skills and positive energy are so refreshing as a patient.
