I would like to nominate Heather Rayman for the DAISY award. Heather is the Deputy Chief Nursing Officer for the Gage Center. She backs up our nursing officer and also oversees our Nurse Managers (RN4’s). Heather has been a strong advocate for her staff and patients, and has always been professional, approachable, responsible and knowledgeable in nursing standards. She always assists me with the various questions and needs that I have during my day to day duties. Heather is a strong wealth of knowledge and can always be counted on to assist or step up or volunteer for any project or issue at the Gage Center. Her dedication to care and as a caregiver to our patients is above reproach. She is an amazing nurse, caregiver and healer.
