Heather expressed true compassion, concern and real professional care during my false alarm labor and my 23-hour true labor! She was very polite and respectful to my husband and me, but not bossy. I had a different birth plan of using hypnobirthing and she was very determined to understand the methods and assist me in birthing my baby with them. She was my ROCK in maintaining a natural birth when I was ready to break. That, in itself, is everything to me.
Sadly, I didn't deliver my baby on her shift, but her care for all of us was beyond outstanding. She was gracious enough to come to meet my baby while we were still at the hospital.
