Heather Ross, RN

I recently began my position at USMD Arlington Oncology and Infusion Center as a Clinical Research Nurse and I have spent some time with Heather learning from her and working with her in the Infusion area. Every day, I have witnessed Heather greet each patient with such a warm welcome in a manner that makes each patient feel special and cared for. She has gotten to know each of her patients so well and she takes the time to talk to them and ask them questions. I admire this so much about her because she provides not only her years of nursing experience and skills, but she provides pleasant relief to her patients and helps them feel at home even though they may be here for some type of rigorous treatment. Heather treats each of her patients with such incredible focus and care and she works very hard every day. What is amazing is that she has done this consistently throughout her career and I know that she has bettered the lives of so many patients by simply being herself.
