There have been difficult treatment days, in the last seven months. Heather has reassured me, cared for me, and comforted me. She is positive and encouraging in thought, word and deed. Even though, on the difficult days, I am not the best patient, Heather listens, affirms and understands my frustrations. Her encouragement means a lot to me.

She works diligently to optimize time and treatment. I appreciate her commitment to keeping me informed of the schedule every week.
