Heather is my nurse on 7 North at Roswell. I receive weekly treatments for liver cancer. Heather is an amazing person and nurse.
There have been difficult treatment days, in the last seven months. Heather has reassured me, cared for me, and comforted me. She is positive and encouraging in thought, word and deed. Even though, on the difficult days, I am not the best patient, Heather listens, affirms and understands my frustrations. Her encouragement means a lot to me.
Heather is a professional nurse in every sense. I like that she explains procedures and time lines before she administers them. She answers my questions honestly and clearly. She works diligently to optimize time and treatment. I appreciate her commitment to keeping me informed of the schedule every week.
