My daughter experienced an uncomfortable situation while in her hospital room. Heather responded immediately to the call button, entering the room with a big smile. After seeing that my daughter felt embarrassed, Heather said, "Perfect timing, I was just coming to change the linen." Heather helped my daughter out of bed and then changed the linen while engaging in chit-chat about great websites for shopping. She then took my daughter for a walk to relax her, always chit chatting and checking on her health. After helping her back into her bed, Heather adjusted my daughter's pillow several times until she assured her she was very comfortable. As Heather was about to leave she asked our daughter and both myself and my wife if we needed anything. Then, with a big smile, she said, "Let me freshen your water." She returned with fresh water and ice cubes.
Heather always made my daughter and her family feel very important and always showed the utmost respect for us. We trusted her very much and felt better knowing Heather was there to care for our daughter. Thank you.
