Heather Sejkora, RN

Being a nurse is not an easy job! Heather Sejkora is truly exceptional. She is compassionate, and empathetic and utilizes exceptional judgment. She puts in so much energy to ensure patients are well taken care of. She does a phenomenal job helping patients cope with illness and gives a piece of her heart to each and every patient under her care. No matter how busy, she takes time to educate nursing students as well. Heather, you are seen, you are appreciated and you are my SHERO! Thank you for your dedication and passion! Heather entered my room and immediately greeted me with a big smile stating her name and asking "how can I help you today?" She informed me that she had read the notes from my cardiologist and this made me feel so comfortable to know my nurse cared enough to know my history. She is most competent in her assessment and patient care. Heather is kind and caring and always puts the patient first. Heather is very knowledgeable and involves the patient’s family with teaching and education. CHI is extremely fortunate to have a nurse with Heather’s qualities! Heather will always have a special place in our hearts.
