Heather goes above and beyond every single day. But over this past weekend, she had a very difficult assignment and not once did she complain about her alarm going off, nor did she fail to be late on doing any and everything for her patients. She even made sure to still help all of her coworkers all night with their assignments and this is all the time that she does this. She is so helpful and always stays 100% positive no matter what. She is a great nurse and role model for other nurses and even aides on this unit.
