Heather Skrzypchak, BSN, RN

My dear friend was injured in a motorcycle accident. It was a very traumatic experience for our close group of friends, as we were first on the scene and then by her side every moment we could spare. Seeing my friend go through ups and downs was emotionally exhausting, but Heather made sure to explain everything to us, patiently answer all our questions, check on my friend when we noticed clinical changes, and was even a good sport putting up with our shenanigans. She eased our worries, joined in our laughter, and celebrated progress with us. I am grateful for the excellent care she provided to our friend and for the amazing support she provided to her best friends. Thank you, Heather. I'll never forget you!
