I moved back home after living away for ten years. I had the same doctor and nurse the entire time. They knew me. Changing was a difficult task. I got a job in Ferriday and wanted to see a local person close to where I lived and worked. I must admit I was a bit apprehensive because I had not formed a bond with other providers I had tried. That’s when a friend at church told me about Heather. I thought I would try her just to see if she would be as great as I was told. The location was perfect so I made an appointment. I found Heather to be kind and understanding. Most of all she was smart, patient, and thorough. She was knowledgeable of the latest medicine and treatments. Heather made me feel welcome, not like I was a bother. She didn’t rush and listened to me. She is now my new nurse. Not only is she a nurse, she is a smart and caring person. She made an uncomfortable change easy for this aging person who doesn’t like seeing a doctor although age necessitates it. Heather is the best nurse I’ve ever had. She has treated me for several things since I came in the door to check her out!
