Even when R shut down due to lack of answers, Heather was patient with him and made sure his pain was in check and his needs were met. She never offered excuses…only solutions. She never promised more than what she could deliver. Heather reached out to the Neuro physician when we had questions about R’s care. She listened to all of our concerns and addressed our needs. She sought helped from upper management.
Heather has a caring spirit and wore a genuine smile each time she entered the room. She checked on R constantly and she is truly an asset to your team.
